yeah, i know myspace is a meat market, but its cool when you come across somebody thats down to earth and has a really good sense of humor. i joined cuz my friend from wisconsin talked me into it and it turned out that alot of my friends i knew in person were already on it. i wanted to stay connected with them after i moved and its been worth it putting up with all of the people that make me puke all over my screen.
ive got alot of people from the movie industry on my friends list and they post bulletins about casting for cool movies and i even found a distributor for my horror movie that way.
aside from that, we get good exposure for the clan in the halo groups and ALOT of people who play halo are on myspace, so when they run into us theyre all like "hey i know you!. my mailbox fills up with new requests to join the clan everyday. obviously we dont let any of them in, but its good to know the halo community has a pulse.

yeah i thought it was so stupid at first then i got all my friends on my list and got invited to the same group as dub and it gets pretty cool afetr a while
