Get the IE plug in for Firefox since the sites you visit clearly aren't up to standards...if they were there would be no issues. addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1419/

^tis true. Firefox is cool but I just cannot seem to get away from IE7. It's like a vacuum sucking my will to move on away from me.

I do have capitol one but I don't access the site with firefox but the IE add-on should allow you to open the site fine. Thats just the thing. I hate adding plug-ins. Everytime you go to a website, you need a plugin. It is sooooo annoying. With IE, you get'em all when you download it. Oh and another thing, cap one still does not work even with the plugins on firefox. It does not even go to the password frame. There are many other sites i can name that dont work: -Patelco.org -Bungie.com <--- It is super slow with firefox -Apple website -NickJR <--- Not for me. But for my little sister. The videos dont work -Halo3.com There are more, and i will list them as i remember.

The site works fine, just the videos dont load. Also, bungie is very slow with Firefox. I dont know whats wrong, but on IE it is very fast.

That's what I was about to say. Not the program, but your computer.

Then why does it only work with IE? I mean firefox is just another browser, and it does not work for me.

I would agree with Defcon, from the sounds of it, its a computer issue, not browser issue. All those sites you just named work fine for me in FF.
