So, I go to CSUSM(Cal State Uni San Marcos), and Michel Moore the maker of Fahrenheit 911 and Bowling for Colimbine is comeing to speak at my school. Accutally, my school is putting it on, but we need more room so it's going to be at the Del Mar Fair Grounds.
This is an open invatation to come hear what this man has to say. Even u dont agree with his politics, I'm sure that it will be worth the trip over to see him.
Also, I know this can be hard if u dont live in San Diego, but we are also screening to movie Fahrenheit 911 at my school, it is only $4 for non-students. Reply eather by email or on the forum if u wanna see it!
Oct 6th at 6:00 and 8:00.
Oct 7th at 7:00.

U clam Xebec to 'speak the truth'....I might suggest u keep an open mind on these topics....it is the only to do it with out taking what ppl say personally.
What Michel Moore says in his films what he thinks is really going on in today society....and many ppl agree with him. He goes places that many ppl like him(film industry) wont go. They are to afraid to step on ppl toes and say what is really going on. "Bowling For Colembine" was such a well made documentary that we actually studyed it in my Critical Thinking class....
If a professor witha PhD thinks that his movies are at least open minded enough to take a look at, mabye we should all keep an open mind when it comes to American Forign Policy.
Hey Xebec, have u even seen anything by Michel Moore?

I kind of relate michael moore to you xebec. He hates the other side just like you. The difference is he has researched the topic, has proven facts regarding the subject, and has presented these things in an intelligent manner.

Frinkiac, you might get a kick out of this. xebec said he was a real old school hacker. Apparently he claims to be able to code in html, php, java, VB, perl, CGI, and C++. I don't really know if I believe him.

i have encouraged rory (ruskie) a noobish founding member of TDC to talk in our forums
obviously it has worked. of course he only came to view our political discussions (right wing like xebec, only ruskie at least has MOST of his facts straight)! anyways, ruskie, check out the bush vs kerry post!
